Guarantee
The stainless steel cylinder carries a 25 year guarantee against faulty manufacture or materials, provided that:
- The product is soley used for the stotage of mains quality potable water.
- The product has not been modified or tampered with.
- The Product has been installed and maintained in accordance with installation instructions.
- The product has not been subjected to damage cauded by frost, or other external influence.
- The Guarantee Card, supplied with the cylinder has been completed and returned for registration.
The immersion heater(s), water control vales, cylinder thermostat, expansion vessel and energy cut out valves are guaranteed for two years from date of manufacture.
Claims made against our guarantee must be supported with evidence of purchase and the product serial number and service history.
Exclusions to the guarantee
Any labour charges associated with replacement of the unit or any of its components.
Any consequential losses caused by malfunction or failure of the unit.
The effects of scale build up.
Failure to carry out the annual safety check on this product WILL INVALIDATE THE GUARANTEE.
